The BlueGranite team has so much to be thankful for this year! As we head into the final weeks of 2021, we\u2019d like to take a moment to reflect on what we\u2019re most thankful for this year, and express our deepest appreciation for the clients, partners, and team members who keep our dream possible.<\/p>\n

Thankful for our Relationships<\/span><\/h2>\n

Our commitment to client success is core to BlueGranite, with each partnership pursuing a strategic, trusted advisor relationship. This year, we are incredibly grateful for the opportunities our clients have offered us. By believing in our team and our ability to impact your organizations, you\u2019ve enabled us to deliver \u201cAh-ha!\u201d moments while expanding our expertise.<\/p>\n

Equally, we have a strong commitment to our team, and strive to build an organization where our employees can flourish within a high-performing, supportive environment. We firmly believe in our organic organization model, empowering our team and providing the flexibility to work in a variety of areas, regardless of their current role. We\u2019re so thankful that so many of our team members contribute to multiple efforts within the company. From writing blogs<\/a><\/span>, to consulting on pre-sales, to providing technology expertise, or being industry leaders, we can\u2019t thank you enough for all your hard work this year.<\/p>\n

Finally, we could not succeed without our partners, specifically Microsoft<\/a><\/span>, who are our source of inspiration and innovate the technologies that we love. I don\u2019t feel like I get up and work for a company, or for a boss, or even just have a job. I really enjoy the people I work with, and I\u2019m thankful for how welcome they\u2019ve all made me feel. They\u2019re all experts in their own regards, yet they make me feel like we\u2019re all equal at every turn. They have a willingness to listen, to teach, and to help whenever asked. I know from experience that\u2019s extremely rare to see from pretty much every member of an organization. Which means I\u2019m also thankful to be a part of something unique.<\/span><\/p>\n

Personally, I was able to take advantage of learning opportunities and deepen my knowledge and experience with the Microsoft Azure Analytics stack, and I am grateful for that as well.
